Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has been embroiled in a domestic violence incident with his former girlfriend and a potential suspension should be coming in a matter of weeks.
Well, according to Hall of Fame wide receiver Cris Carter, the deflate gate case regarding Tom Brady may play a pivotal role in how the league decides to punish Elliott:
“For me, in the next 48 hours, I would be shocked if Zeke is not suspended, Based on the information that’s going to come out, it’s going to be fairly easy to determine that something happened to this woman in her days of being with Zeke. This is just pure assault or domestic violence. I’m being sensitive because there is a victim here.”
The former NFL wide receiver also dropped a bombshell when he stated Ezekiel may have destroyed evidence on Fox Sports 1’s Undisputed on Monday:

“When the information comes out, there’s going to be some similarities (to the Tom Brady case),” Carter said. “Information that (Elliott) had been advised possibly to give up was destroyed.”
