Barcelona forward Neymar has reportedly agreed terms with Paris Saint-Germain over a six-year contract.
According to Carlos Carpio of Marca, Neymar’s father has met with PSG sporting director Artero Henrique and board member Sophie Jordan to finalise the transfer.
Carpio’s piece suggested the deal will go through when PSG “deposit the €222 million of his (Neymar’s) termination clause, which it appears will be done via the personal sponsorship of Qatar.”
Sky Sports News’ Kaveh Solhekol provided further figures included in the report:
Marca say Neymar will sign six-year PSG deal on £500,000 a week. Total cost £352m. £196m release clause + £156m wages

The initial report suggested the salary Neymar will potentially earn at the Parc des Princes will match that of his current Barcelona team-mate, Lionel Messi.
According to that piece, the Brazilian came close to leaving the Blaugrana last summer, with Manchester City, Real Madrid and PSG all interested in taking him away from the Camp Nou.
PSG are said to be staying calm despite the pace at which the potential deal is moving, although “according to what the player’s father has said to them (PSG), it seems that this time Neymar will keep his word.”
The report was echoed by a source quoted by Bryan Swanson of Sky Sports News, who suggested the 25-year-old will almost certainly be on the move:

Neymar was in action for Barcelona on Saturday in New Jersey, netting twice in a dazzling performance against Juventus. After the 2-1 win, Blaugrana manager Ernesto Valverde downplayed the speculation.
“Barca are not going to go without Neymar,” he said, per Sport. “We want him with us, we know the importance he has in our play.”
